§amara: River of Darkness takes the reader on a journey from the glimmering City of PASTOR, home to the Great Mouth of the River, along the shores of the ERYNMORE, to the City of PYRA.

PYRA, once a vast thriving city, now wanes towards dark oblivion. Within the safety of its outer ring walls, dozens of abandoned spires stand in silence, like tall pines above an empty forest. Those people who survive wait in languish for the return of the Cycle of Souls, a delicate dance of life and death between the two great cities of these lands.

Rule of PYRA falls to the Guardians of the FIRST LOTUS, twin dictates, KROSIA and OUDREA, daughters of the vanished Immortal Mage. Together they must find a way to call upon §AMARA, the one who will forever banish ERYNMORE from the realm and once again restore the Cycle of Souls.
